Meet Coach Amanda

Bringing clarity to confusion.

I help thoughtful, capable people untangle what is actually happening, reset direction, and move forward with greater clarity, dignity, intention, and self-trust.

Meet Amanda

I’ve had a lot of identities in life: chemical engineer, manufacturing leader, executive, board member, mother, advocate, coach. Through all of those chapters, though, the work has been surprisingly similar. People tend to find me when something isn’t working. Sometimes it’s a relationship. Sometimes it’s a career. Sometimes it’s a health challenge, a family system, or a life that looks successful from the outside but feels unsustainable on the inside.

For years, I watched thoughtful, capable people work incredibly hard to solve problems that never seemed to get better. They read the books, took the courses, tried the strategies, worked longer hours, and pushed themselves harder. Yet somehow they still felt overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or trapped in the same patterns. What I’ve learned, both professionally and personally, is that effort is rarely the problem. More often, people are trying to solve the wrong thing.

Effort is rarely the problem. More often, people are trying to solve the wrong thing.

That’s where my work begins.

I help people untangle complexity. Together, we sort through competing priorities, inherited expectations, unfinished grief, conflicting values, changing capacity, relationship dynamics, health challenges, and the countless invisible forces that shape our decisions. Once the real problem becomes visible, forward movement becomes possible. Not because life suddenly becomes easy, but because it finally makes sense.

My coaching combines practical structure with deep reflection. I’m equally comfortable talking about systems, strategy, emotions, relationships, identity, and the realities of being human. That combination comes naturally to me because I’ve spent my life moving between worlds. I’ve worked in manufacturing plants and boardrooms. I’ve led teams, managed complex operations, raised three children, survived difficult seasons, rebuilt after loss, and navigated challenges I never would have chosen for myself. Some of the most important lessons I’ve learned came from health challenges, burnout, caregiving, grief, trauma, and the experience of having to create a new path when the old one no longer worked.

Those experiences changed how I see people. They taught me that most of us are carrying far more than anyone else can see and that real change rarely comes from pushing harder. It comes from seeing clearly.

Wishing you peace and joy, always,

Amanda

Why Intentional Reset Coaching exists.

I created Intentional Reset Coaching because I believe people deserve more than survival mode. I believe clarity is an act of care. I believe self-dignity matters. I believe sustainable change requires enough safety to tell the truth about what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change.

Most of all, I believe the goal isn’t perfection. It’s building a life that actually works.

If you’re here, chances are something in your life is asking for attention. Maybe you’ve outgrown an old identity. Maybe life changed the rules. Maybe you’re standing at a crossroads, carrying too much, or simply tired of trying to figure everything out alone.

Whatever brought you here, you’re welcome. Let’s figure out what comes next together.

  • Clarity Naming what is actually happening instead of forcing yourself to solve the wrong thing.
  • Dignity Making choices from self-respect instead of shame, fear, or old survival patterns.
  • Intention Designing a life that reflects what matters now, not what once kept you safe.
  • Self-Trust Building a grounded relationship with your own judgment, needs, values, and capacity.
